1945 - Founding

After returning from the war, Otto Johannes Müller established the business, creating the first shaving brushes and crafting the MÜHLE signet.

1965 - New Generation

Hans-Jürgen Müller took over the company as it expanded to 40 employees, exporting products to 36 countries.

1972 - Expropriation

Under pressure from the German Democratic Republic, Hans-Jürgen Müller sold the company, turning MÜHLE into a state-owned enterprise.

1987 - Taking Leave

Rebranded, the business focused on manufacturing brushes solely for the state as Hans-Jürgen Müller pursued a career as a self-employed brush maker.

1990 - New Beginning

Amid the evolving landscape of Europe, Hans-Jürgen Müller reclaimed the family business, trading as Hans-Jürgen Müller KG while preserving the MÜHLE signet.

1995 - Celebrating 50 Years

Struggling to survive post-reunification, MÜHLE gradually regained customers and rehired former employees.

2006 - Boom

As the new millennium dawned, the product range expanded to include a full selection of wet shaving goods, thrusting the MÜHLE brand into the spotlight.

Product Description: How to use

1. With clean, dry hands, unscrew the safety razor into three parts and drop blade over pins before reassembling.
2. Apply shaving cream or soap to beard hair.
3. Hold the razor at a 30° angle to the skin for precision.
4. Use short, straight, downward strokes to remove beard hair.
5. Shave in the direction of beard hair growth.
6. Reapply shaving cream and repeat the process, shaving across the beard grain for optimum results.
